Berry chia Overnight oats

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1tsp cinnamon

  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen (flavor of your choice, I prefer unflavored)

  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup water

In a mason jar or small container with a lid, place dry ingredients and mix together. Add berries, water and stevia. Mix everything together so that water covers all ingredients. Place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!

I typically eat 1/2 serving within 30 minutes of waking so that I am fueled enough for my workout. Then, I enjoy the remainder after my workout as a post-workout refuel.
