Starting your journey

Hi Friend,

I'm not sure where you are in your wellness journey, but as a health and fitness professional, I can tell you that navigating the wellness space can be quite challenging and if you like me, are coupled with a tendency towards perfectionism, it can sometimes lead to a spiral of self-loathing and anxiety.

We're constantly bombarded with aesthetically curated photos of individuals who claim to embody the epitome of health. Having observed the fitness industry for years, I must emphasize that these individuals aren't magical unicorns with the sole solution to all your problems. They may offer fitness programs or diets to follow, but as someone who has been a consumer of such programs and diets, I've realized that even at my leanest and strongest, I still felt terrible internally.

So what’s the solution? Back then, my desire to look good was driven solely by surface appearances, without truly loving myself or understanding who I was. It was only when I started surrounding myself with people, mostly women, who seemed to radiate a sense of inner strength that at the time I could not comprehend but DEEPLY desired, that I began to shift my perspective. Hiring a life coach was a pivotal step, and the rest, as they say, is (almost) history.

As it turns out, the journey of self-discovery is ongoing. Each step towards personal growth reveals new, uncharted territories, and the beauty of it all is that movement, in all its forms, facilitates this transcendence. Energy, vitality, and vigor become the primary goals, with looking good and feeling good as natural byproducts. If you want solutions to radically change your life, work with me.

Best, Mel
